Question: Can I send a report as a gift?
Answer: Yes. Next to the price of each report, click the Give as a Gift option.
Question: How do I know if my payment has gone through?
Answer: You will receive a PayPal or Stripe confirmation email showing details of your purchase, including your transaction reference.
If you receive more than one confirmation email but have only placed one order, please contact us. We will help resolve the issue and arrange a refund if necessary.
Question: Can I pay by cheque, telephone or post?
Answer: No. At this time we only accept online payments.
Question: Your system says my card number is invalid.
Answer: Please double-check your card number and ensure you have not included any spaces. The number required is the long number displayed across your card and may contain 15 or more digits depending on the card type.
Question: I entered incorrect birth details and need to update my order.
Answer: Each order includes an option to correct birth details. Use the link provided within your order confirmation to make changes.
